Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the hg99 website accessible at hg99.io and any mobile-optimised version thereof.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hg99 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform to access hg99 services.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hg99 Platform, creating an Account, or using any hg99 service — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or making deposits — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hg99. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Platform, including mobile devices on bKash-linked accounts or internet connections across all Bangladesh divisions.

Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on hg99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during Account use.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of hg99, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the Platform, and you have not been requested by hg99 to close your Account.

hg99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending review.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on hg99. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and payment method details. hg99 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any stage.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hg99 may require you to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Proof of address may also be requested.

4.4 Account Activation

An Account becomes active upon successful registration and email or phone number confirmation. hg99 reserves the right to decline any registration request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share these details with any third party under any circumstances.

hg99 will never contact you via email, support chat, or any other channel to request your Account password. Any communication purporting to be from hg99 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Any activity that occurs on your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have formally notified hg99 of an unauthorised access event. hg99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

hg99 currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. hg99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and may be automatically reversed. hg99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply independent charges outside of hg99's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise verified through KYC documentation. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus funds in your Account must have satisfied their associated wagering requirements, or you must elect to forfeit those bonus funds prior to withdrawal.
• Your withdrawal request must not be flagged by hg99's fraud detection systems.

6.4 Processing Times

hg99 targets the following withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval; Rocket and Upay within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — processing may be delayed in circumstances beyond hg99's control.

6.5 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on hg99 are denominated in BDT. hg99 does not accept or process foreign currency deposits. Any foreign-currency payment initiated by a Player will be returned or declined.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hg99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. hg99 will clearly state the applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash unless explicitly permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Players who hg99 reasonably suspects of abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or systematic wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed.
• hg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued while Players have active Bonus Funds, reasonable notice and reasonable resolution terms will be provided.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on hg99 is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records maintained by hg99's systems and third-party game studios shall be conclusive.

hg99 exclusively offers games from certified studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided within each game where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hg99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity or payment information at any stage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illicit purpose.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software used by hg99 or its game studio partners.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hg99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from hg99.

hg99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.

hg99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which hg99 accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

hg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — hg99 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to listed payment methods) may take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hg99 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market, and these Terms are written and interpreted in accordance with a standard of good faith applicable to online gaming platforms serving Bangladeshi players.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and hg99 — initiated by contacting [email protected] — shall be subject to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

You agree that any claim or action arising from your use of the Platform must be initiated within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims initiated after this period are irrevocably waived.
